Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  1. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  2. To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.
  3. If the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

After Shipment

  1. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
  2. Customers may request a return after delivery, subject to our return policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
